Refund & Cancellation Policy

At spdigitworld, our services involve dedicated engineering hours, strategic analysis, media buying management, and custom software development. We maintain clear, fair policies regarding retainers and project milestones.

1. Monthly Marketing Retainers

Monthly retainers (Starter, Growth, and Performance plans) are billed in advance for each 30-day billing cycle. Retainers may be cancelled at any time by providing a 15-day written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle. Fees already incurred for an active billing cycle during which services have commenced are non-refundable.

2. Custom Web Development Milestones

Custom PHP websites and bespoke software projects are structured around milestone deliverables (Discovery & Wireframing, Backend Implementation, QA & Launch). If a project is cancelled prior to milestone completion, billing is adjusted to reflect actual engineering hours committed up to that date.

3. Third-Party Ad Spend

Payments made directly to ad networks (Google LLC, Meta Platforms Inc.) are subject to the respective platform’s terms and cannot be refunded by spdigitworld.
